The founding partners of this law firm, Stephen C. Earl, Michael J. Curley, and Lynne Lagarde have concentrated this practice in Zoning, Land Use Planning, and Governmental Relations Law for well over 20 years in the greater Metropolitan Phoenix Area.

Preparing and processing these cases has involved extensive work with municipal zoning and subdivision regulations, development agreements and coordination with governmental planning departments, neighborhood groups, Planning Commissions, City Councils and County Boards of Supervisors.

The firm has also handled the preparation and negotiation of development agreements for such major projects as Scottsdale Fashion Square, Camelback Colonnade, Biltmore Fashion Park, Arizona Mills, Scottsdale Fiesta Power Center at Pima and Shea, Del Webb's Sun City Grand, Stardust Development Inc.’s Tartesso community master plan, JDMD’s Douglas Ranch, Verde Santa Fe and other regional and community level shopping centers.
