Gary King received his undergraduate degree in Urban Planning from California Polytechnic University at Pomona. Before joining Jennings, Strouss and Salmon, and subsequently Earl, Curley & Lagarde, Gary worked for over 10 years as a redevelopment planner in Arcadia and Burbank, California, and for 4 years in the Long-Range Planning and Site Plan Review Divisions of the City of Phoenix. Gary King has over 30 years of experience.
Ricardo Toris received his undergraduate degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University. Prior to joining Earl, Curley and Lagarde, Ricardo worked over 8 years in public sector residential and commercial planning. He was a senior planner for the City of Glendale, Arizona for 5 ½ years, and prior to that a planner for the City of Surprise for 2-1/2 years. Before moving to the public sector, Ricardo was employed by a private planning consulting firm here in Arizona for 2 years. Ricardo is a member of the American Planning Association. Ricardo Toris has over 13 years of experience.
Stella Sheridan, has an undergraduate degree in Housing and Urban Development from Arizona State University. Prior to working with Earl, Curley and Lagarde, she was with the City of Phoenix as a Planner II for 4 years, serving the last 2 years as the Ahwatukee Foothills Village Planner. Stella worked as a Planner in the Maricopa County Planning and Development Department for 2 years, and prior to that, spent 2 years as a neighborhood planner for the Capital Mall Association, a non-profit neighborhood revitalization group which develops affordable housing in central Phoenix. Stella is a member of the American Planning Association and the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Stella Sheridan has over 10 years of experience.
Adrian Williamson received his undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts and Master’s degree in Planning from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining Earl, Curley and Lagarde, Adrian worked in both the public and private sectors as a planner. He was with the City of Avondale as a Planner II for 3 years. Prior to Avondale, he worked as a planning consultant with the engineering/architecture/planning firm of Barge, Waggoner, Sumner and Cannon for 1 ½ years. Adrian began his career at the City of Show Low as a Planner and later as a Senior Planner where he was employed for 3 ½ years. Adrian is a member of the American Planning Association, and the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Adrian Williamson has over 9 years of experience.
Adam Pruett is an Arizona native with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning from Arizona State University. Prior to joining Earl, Curley & Lagarde, Adam worked in both the public and private sectors as a planner. He was with the City of Peoria for four years as a Planner in Current Planning. Prior to his work with the City of Peoria, he worked as a Planner/ Designer with Swaback Partners, a Scottsdale-based architecture and planning firm. Adam is a member of the American Planning Association. Adam Pruett has almost 8 years of experience.
Kirste Kowalsky received her Business Management Degree from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining Earl, Curley & Lagarde, Kirste worked as an Entitlements/Project Manager with a local development company Diversified Partners, representing and managing projects for some of the largest retail companies in the country within various municipalities in Arizona. Subsequently, she pursued her career as a Construction/Project Coordinator with Silver Fern Management, managing field/office operations for prestigious residential builders throughout the valley. Prior to her work in the private sector for 3 years, she joined the City of Phoenix for two years as a Senior Engineering Technician, reviewing plans and providing services for the public and other municipalities. Kirste Kowalsky has over 5 years of combined experience in both private and public sectors.
